Branch Manager / Account Manager
Staff Pro is one of the largest convention, sports, and entertainment staffing companies in the nation. We provide our professional guest services to the majority of the venues on the West Coast.
Staff Pro is currently looking to hire professional individuals for multiple positions within our organization. With over 25 years of strong experience in the industry, we are a committed company with a solid infrastructure that is always expanding.
We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple Branch Manager positions throughout the US. Most positions are available in the California area. Candidate must have prior experience running a branch type office, large venue or stadium and have successfully handled all day-to-day operations of a large event staffing unit. Must be comfortable overseeing various departments such as scheduling, event planning, operations, human resource, and finance. These jobs will require a highly functioning ability to handle both office (administrative) and field dynamics and the direction and mentorship of a support staff. Branch Manager positions are accountable for the overall successful execution of safe, well staffed, efficient, and successful events and a high quality of delivery of service to our prestigious clients.
Additional positions available are Event Managers for various locations throughout the United States. Training for Event Manager positions will be in Southern California and will consist of all aspects of event management including but not limited to: pre and post event-planning, contract negotiation, client relations, event execution, show file completion, and the ability to utilize a time and attendance system. Training will cover various facets within the industry such as concerts, conventions, convention/trade shows, sporting events, festivals, private parties, red carpet movie premiers, award shows, and other special events in the entertainment industry. Event managers must have prior experience within the event staffing industry in regards to field operations and facility management. Willingness to relocate is a plus. Staff Pro is aggressively expanding through out the United States. We currently operate in California, Washington, Colorado, and Alabama.
