Archive Assistant - NASCAR Media Group (Charlotte, NC)
NASCAR Media Group brings full service media production and content rights to you at the speed of NASCAR. Our goal is to leverage award-winning production experience and broadcast infrastructure to enhance other company’s digital entertainment offerings while supporting specific business objectives.
NASCAR Media Group is seeking an Archive Assistant, an entry level position in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Logging digital assets into the Digital Asset Management System.
• Adding metadata tags to each file to identify the content for later use.
• Classifying digital assets using classification tables.
• Assisting the production staff and the duplication department to locate content.
Qualifications include the following:
Must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of NASCAR, NASCAR legends, NASCAR Executives, team owners, drivers and crew chiefs from the top three National Series – NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR Nationwide Series, and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
