We are looking for a creative and experienced individual to join lead the team at Spa Elia, located at the beautiful Hotel Los Gatos.
Job Overview: The Spa Manager is responsible for the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the spa. Additionally, this position ensures that the highest quality guest service and product and positive work environment for all employees is maintained in accordance to the company culture. The Spa Manager ensures the hotel complies with company customer service, product and brand standards, including all those policies and procedures outlines in the company’s Policy and Procedures Manual and People Services Policies.
Essential qualifications:
The facilities of Spa Elia and surroundings of Hotel Los Gatos transport our visitors away to a Mediterranean Garden retreat where your relaxation and rejuvenation are our top priorities. Our decadent and luxurious service menu consists of facials, body treatments, massage and nail services. Relax and unwind as Spa Elia's staff of talented service providers take all your stress away during one of our signature services. The exclusive product lines carried at Spa Elia complement the modern lifestyle and yet still maintain the natural and organic experience of Los Gatos, allowing our guests to truly go green.
* 1-2 years of previous management experience.
* Previous experience supervising both front and back of the house employees.
* Strong understand of spa retail products and inventory management.
* Strong knowledge of spa retail and treatments.
* Knowledge of financial processes and yielding strategies.
* Proven ability to train and ensure delivery of excellent service.
* Strong Microsoft Office and Excel experience.
* Previous Millenium and Spa Soft experience a plus.
* Current licensed esthetician or massage therapist desirable.
