Description
Hotel Vitale seeks an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to be in charge of restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of restaurant experience and at least 3 years of management experience in a full service luxury hotel, with banquet and room service experience.
- Extensive knowledge of fine food and wine.
- Ability to implement food and beverage controls and food & wine service standards.
- Ability to assist in achieving the Hotel's business objectives and high level of guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
-Ability to lead in a direct and respectful work environment.
- A degree in hospitality management is helpful.
