Vice President Trust Officer/New Business Development
Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our investment department located in Boston. In this position, you will report to the CEO CATNA Trust Officer and will be responsible for account administration (to include trusts, agencies, charitable and retirement accounts), client relationship, business development and sales of Trust products and services units. You will assist the CEO in the development and implementation of the annual business plan including specific strategic and business development goals. You will call on potential or existing customers in developing new business and maintain positive client relationships while working closely with Appleton Partners staff. Additionally, you will assist in training and developing Banking Center managers and their staff in Trust and investment products and business development strategies and represent CATNA/Cambridge Savings Bank at community affairs in an effort to increase the Bank’s visibility and enhance business opportunities.
Qualified candidates should possess ten to fifteen years trust experience along with strong sales, customer service and marketing experience. Product management and experience in developing and implementing business plans and sales is a necessity. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
